Klithjem Badehotel is a historic seaside hotel on Vejers Strand with just 24 rooms and an atmosphere that invites tranquillity, togetherness and pampering. Here, you can see in the New Year in cosy surroundings, with a focus on fine dining, socialising and enjoying life.
From the moment you arrive on 30 December, we’ll take care of everything. Enjoy coffee and cake on arrival, delicious dinners and relaxing days on the West Coast. Between meals, there’s plenty of time for a stroll along the beach, exploring the local area, or simply slowing down and enjoying the seaside hotel’s cosy atmosphere.
Enjoy the last few days of the year by the North Sea in the company of those you love most. Dogs are welcome at Klithjem Badehotel, so the whole family can join in and celebrate New Year’s Eve together.
All meals (apart from lunch) during your stay are included, so you can focus on enjoying the last and first days of the year.
New Year’s Eve can begin with the traditional New Year’s swim in Blåvand. In the evening, we’ll gather in the lounge for appetisers and the King’s New Year’s speech, before sitting down to this year’s grand New Year’s dinner.
The menu consists of four courses with unlimited drinks throughout the evening:

The chef’s dessert platter
After dinner, coffee and tea will be served, and later in the evening there will be the option to purchase drinks, Irish coffee, Aperol and much more.
When the clock strikes twelve, we’ll toast the New Year with champagne and kransekage (cake) in the lounge.
The first day of the year should be enjoyed at a leisurely pace. After breakfast, we’ll serve our popular hangover burger, which comes with a soft drink, and in the evening the kitchen will serve a delicious two-course dinner.
On 2 January, your stay will end with breakfast, before it’s time to check out and head home with fond memories of a cosy New Year’s celebration by the North Sea.
